USDA Waiver allows for student meals at no cost starting September 1, 2020 through the remainder of the school year. The USDA Extending the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) Waiver through SY 2020-21 on October 9th. The U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue announced the extension of all Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) and Seamless Summer Option (SSO) waivers, allowing schools to offer meals to all children at no charge through the end of the 2020-2021 school year. Due to this waiver extension the Grass Range School will be participating in the SFSP for our regular meal program offering breakfast and lunch to enrolled school district students at no cost for the remainder of the school year.
