Bid for Parking Lot Snow Removal
Grass Range Schools is seeking bids for snow removal from parking lots and a bus pad for the remainder of the 2023-24 school year. The successful bidder will be required to initiate the need for snow removal based on a predetermined amount of snow accumulation and will need to have the area cleared no later than 7:15 am on days school is in session on days of scheduled events. Other snow removal areas and times may be requested by the school administration.
Bid must include:
- A list of equipment that will be used for snow removal.
- An hourly rate for snow removal equipment.
- An hourly rate for snow removal labor.
- Proof of liability insurance.
- Proof of workers comp. or exemption status.
Bids must be submitted in person or email by 5:00 on Tuesday, December 12.
